Courses In Italian Literature and Culture

In addition to the 20 hours of language instruction per week (more in Super-Intensive Italian), a comprehensive series of classes in Italian literature and culture is also offered to all students, most of which are free of charge. As a student enrolled in one of our language classes, you are also enrolled, at no cost, in the Grammatical Drills class, the Italian Conversation class, Italian Opera, and Italian Cinema, amounting to an additional five hours of class per week.

Your enrollment in these four classes is not required but is highly recommended. They will expose you to Italian culture, offer you the opportunity to use the Italian you are learning, and allow you to meet the students and teachers of the other language classes. In addition, the school also offers for separate fees courses in Italian Cooking, Traditional Italian Pottery, and Classical Dance.
