Spice of the Month Club: 1 pm to 3 pm at Pflugerville Public Library, 1008 W. Pfluger St. Those who register will receive a sealed packet of saffron sprigs and a list of suggested recipes. Participants can use any of the recipes provided, find one online, or use one of the club’s many cookbooks. Kits with saffron and recipe sachets will be distributed at the library from August 9 to September 1.
