Dubai Taxi Corporation holds online workshop to further improve services

Dubai: The Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC) of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) recently held a workshop to find creative ideas to further improve taxi services in the emirate and improve the customer experience.
Participants in the virtual workshop were Mansour Rahama Al Falasi, CEO of DTC, as well as representatives from Dubai Airports, Civil Aviation, Dubai Customs, Dubai Police, Department of Tourism and Marketing commercial, and several officials of the RTA.
Al Falasi said: âAt DTC, we strive to implement future strategies and guidelines to encourage employees and strengthen their innovative skills, and to hone their mental capacities to come up with ideas capable of improving services. of DTC and bring happiness to bikers. The role of government entities in the UAE is to foster a welcoming and attractive environment for development and happiness. Our role today is to consolidate the concepts of development, innovation and customer happiness to become a practice and a culture at DTC.
The workshop included a detailed presentation of DTC’s services as well as discussions on the latest trends and best practices. Innovative ideas for mobility services were also highlighted. The brainstorming sessions resulted in ideas that will be explored and further developed to realize DTC’s vision in providing safe and sustainable digital transport services.
