The new bill entered into force to strengthen the safety of citizens using taxis, buses and rental cars.
The bill added illegal photo-taking as a standard of disqualification for a taxi driver, preventing the perpetrators concerned from working in the taxi industry.
Illegal photography includes producing false images or blackmailing photographs.
Authors of illegal photographs will be prohibited from acquiring taxi licenses. Those who have already acquired a license will have their license revoked as soon as they commit the same offense.
In addition, other bans on acquiring taxi or bus licenses will now include not only those whose driving license has been revoked due to driving under the influence, but also those whose license has been suspended for driving under the influence. drunk.
The new bill will go through enactment procedures and enter into force in January next year.
